P.F. Chang’s is a must stop on any Seattle trip for us. We love good Chinese food. P.F. Chang’s westernizes those flavours and makes delicious, shareable meals.
The decor is always beautiful at any location. I like the deep wood tones and art work. P.F. Chang’s has locations all over the United States. I have been to one while I was in California as well.
Dumplings as always a good way to start a feast. Their shrimp dumplings come pan fried with a drizzle of chili sauce.
We always have to get their lettuce wraps. They are so addictive. The mixture of chicken, water chestnuts, Chinese spices and crispy noodles all wrapped up in fresh lettuce is amazing.
Mongolian beef is also another dish we always order. As you can see, we usually get two of them. The wok fried beef with fresh green onions is the perfect combination.
Their Lo Mein is the noodle dish I usually end up getting. Its loaded with vegetables, I don’t feel the need to add meat to it.
There are a number of chicken dishes we like here including the spicy chicken, the honey chicken or sesame chicken to name a few. I think this is their spicy chicken. I like their chicken entrees because they use large chunks of chicken breast in a flavorful sauce.
P.F. Chang’s is a great place to come with your family or large group. It’s best to order a number of dishes and pass them around. I am so glad my family introduced me to P.F. Chang’s. I wish we had one in BC!
