Emilio Finatti’s is a pizza place in White Rock making delicious thin crust pizzas. Their pizzas are creative and usually fully loaded. They have received numerous awards, national & international, for their pizza crust. It’s a thin crust and they smother it in honey butter and sesame seeds. So, so yummy. The crust is thin but able to hold up to their piles of toppings.
I really enjoyed their Big Mushroom pizza. It was so unique with mushrooms, sauteed onions, goat cheese, basil and roasted red bell peppers. On the menu, it said they recommended to add bacon or chorizo so we added some bacon to it. I have never had a pizza like this before. The idea was so original and it was delicious.
The perogi pizza is so comforting. It comes with rosemary roasted potatoes, sour cream, bacon, hot capicollo, cheese and topped with green onions and a side of sour cream. If you are a perogy lover like me, you need to try this pizza. It is much, much better than other perogy pizzas I have had. It tasted so real and so homemade.
I think this is my favourite pizza out of the 3 in this post. Although, that can change daily based on my food mood. Their tuscan chicken pizza is so loaded yet so light at the same time. It has chicken, whole roasted cloves of garlic, spinach, mushrooms, roasted red bell peppers, goat cheese, finished with parsley and a balsamic reduction drizzle. Insanely good with all the flavours coming together. You would expect to have crazy garlic breath after eating it but the garlic is roasted perfectly and becomes sweet.
If you have not had the pleasure of enjoying Emilio Finatti’s creations, do yourself a favour and check them out. They deliver in the area but I usually pick up (on Mondays, 10% off all pick up orders.) Best pizza in town!
